Lumen Martin Winter was a long time member and exhibitor of the Salmagundi Club joining in 1950 until his death in 1982. He designed the logo for the Apollo XIII Astronauts logo- Steeds of Apollo and among other murals, the 18 foot bas-relief of Roman Travertine marble and blue Venetian glass mosaic at St Paul the Apostle Lincoln center south. He was also a signature member of the American Watercolor Society. For more information on this important artist for the Club- come to the presentation.
