Meg was born and raised in New York where she lives and works. She paints with watercolors, pencil, oil and ink. Her subjects are homes, interiors and dreams. The most notable qualities in her pictures are composition, patterns and detail. Her images are very busy and entire unto themselves, but there is the implication of space beyond their borders. She seeks to instruct, record or create an alchemical work. In classical times, a sculpture of a man recorded anatomy, drawings of the galaxy documented the stars, other pictures could be read as a book-which they did not write-or viewed as a film - which they did not make. Today, Meg's work may describe a house design, envision a room or document a night dream. She "strives to communicate and create".
