Join us for an afternoon in the Gilded Age and a proper cup of tea!
Lizzie Post is Emily Post’s great great granddaughter and the co-author with Daniel Post Senning of the just published Emily Post’s Etiquette: The Centennial Edition (Ten Speed Press). Lizzie will join Carl Raymond, host of the Gilded Gentleman history podcast for a discussion of the life of Emily Post, the publication of the original 1922 edition and the world of etiquette in today’s modern society.
There will be an interview and audience Q&A, followed by a reception featuring afternoon tea with sweet and savory treats.
