Biography:

Artist Aubrey Grainger was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and was raised in New Jersey. She started commuting to the East End twenty five years ago and now lives and has a studio in Sagaponack. Influenced by the Hudson River School and the French and American Impressionists. Grainger spends several weeks every fall in Saranac Lake in the Adirondacks. However, most of her artwork is of the East End. She is an original member of Plein Air Peconic and belongs to the Artist Alliance of East Hampton. She has exhibited at the Clayton Liberatore Gallery ,The Wallace Gallery , Ashawagh Hall and has been in several other galleries and exhibits.
