Tour

Since 1917, 47 Fifth Avenue has housed the Salmagundi Club.  The last remaining fully intact brownstone on this stretch of Fifth Avenue and the only one south of Harlem.  Built in 1853 for Irad Hawley, President of the Pennsylvania Coal Company.
