About the Event
The Photo Workshop Group is holding its first meeting this month. It is open to all club members who are interested in photography. We are planning monthly meetings on the last Friday of each month. We will meet at the bar and set up in the Rockwell gallery. The goal of this group is to encourage conversation, exchange of ideas, and hands-on experimentation in areas of interest to photographers.
This month, we are exploring macro photography. Joel Moskowitz is planning a fifteen-minute talk on some of the mechanics of macro, and then we will all have the opportunity to play and experiment with several macro setups. Bring an SD card if you want to take your pictures home. If you have macro equipment, please bring a tripod and flash if you can, as we accommodate setting up stations for more people.
