About Shipping for Artworks
This applies to artworks only and does not apply to merchandise purchases from our gift shop. Note that for the following, shipping costs are NOT covered by online checkout:
- Items that are larger than 40 inches on any side
- Insurance for items valued over $500
For the above, you must contact us for a shipping quote, to be paid separately.
Orders that meet any of the above criteria will not be fulfilled until the shipping cost is quoted and paid in addition to the total.
We do not ship artworks internationally. Sorry!
Local Pick-up
Local pickup for artworks is done from our New York location and requires proof of purchase when you arrive.
Unless specified otherwise, artworks that are currently exhibiting are only available for pickup after the exhibition ends.
If purchasing from an online-only sale, please wait to be notified of the work’s availability for pickup before coming to our location.
