David continues, as he was taught, often grinding his own pigments into paint. This allows David to maintain the quality and integrity of the colors in his work.

David has been commissioned to paint for dignitaries and private collectors. His art also hangs in private collections throughout the U.S. and Europe. His work can be found in embassies, as well as hallways and lobbies in Maryland.

David enjoys membership, as an artist, in the Salmagundi Club, the nation’s oldest private membership art club, located on Fifth Avenue in New York City. It is there that he displays his art and has received awards in their juried shows.
