The Dining Room opens at 5:30PM Tuesday through Friday with last seating at 8:45PM. Be sure to make your reservations. We’d hate to keep you waiting!

Congratulations to our very own Executive Chef Herve Riou who has been elected to the Maitres Cuisiniers de France and will be traveling to Paris in March for the induction ceremony – and to represent Salmagundi.
