Description / background:

Peter Matulavage was born in Kingston, PA to Andrew and Veronica Matulavich. He graduated from Kingston High School, Kingston, PA and was a graduate of the New York Scenic School of Design, New York, NY. Matulavage worked as a commercial artist in New York. He practiced fine art in watercolors and oils. Matulavage was an army veteran of WWII.  He was a former Vice-president of the American Artists Professional League.
