Biography:

Walter began his professional career in California entering and winning awards with the Society of Western Artists and studying privately with Bob Gerbracht. He then went on and earned a BA in Art from San Jose State University, studying with Maynard Stewart and was awarded membership to the Golden Key Honour Society.
Upon graduation Walter moved to New York and began studying at the Art Students League primarily with Frank Mason for 10 years.
