Age 87 of Elmira, NY passed away peacefully at the home of his daughter and son-in-law on Wednesday March 26, 2008 after an extended illness. He was a Veteran of WWII serving his country with The U.S. Merchant Marines. Kenneth was a retired employee of Schiavone Bonomo Corporation in New Jersey. He was a Past President of The Salmagundi Club in New York City and a member of The Corning Rotary Club. Kenneth loved his family and friends and enjoyed playing cards. Mr. Fitch is survived by his daughter and son-in-law: Susan Reynolds & Ronald Potrzebowski of Horseheads, NY; son: Kenneth Fitch of North Carolina; grandchildren; John Humphries III and his wife Stephanie, Sarah Potter and her husband David, Matthew Humphries and his wife Wendy, and David Humphries and his wife Kate; great grandchildren: Andrew Potter and Jaeden and Caitlin Humphries.
