Biography:

Mary Ann Osborn is a luxury residential real estate executive and Broker Associate with more than 30 years of experience in the development and marketing of exceptional residential properties. During her career in California, she worked with many of the country’s leading developers and led the sales and marketing of more than 1,800 luxury residences, representing over $2 billion in sales.

In 2025, Ms. Osborn returned to New York City, where she is a Broker Associate with The Corcoran Group, representing buyers and sellers of luxury residential real estate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from California State University, Long Beach, and is a licensed real estate broker in both New York and California.

Since returning to New York, Ms. Osborn has developed a deep appreciation for the city’s architectural heritage, particularly the extraordinary architecture and craftsmanship of the Gilded Age. She is a member of Village Preservation and has a strong interest in the preservation of New York’s historic neighborhoods, buildings, and streetscapes.

Her professional experience has fostered a lasting appreciation for architecture, design, craftsmanship, and the relationship between a building and the character of its surroundings. She is especially drawn to the artistry and detail found in New York’s historic architecture and to the importance of preserving these expressions of the city’s cultural history.
