L I N E A G E
I first began my formal art training studying under Brandon Soloff at Chelsea Classical Studios copying works by the masters. Deciding that I needed more training, I enrolled and graduated from Grand Central Atelier. Currently I teach oil painting privately in Long Island, and NYC as well as virtually. During the pandemic, I began to refocus on my artwork and experimenting with techniques as well as narrative works. I find inspiration in scenes that I find in my daily life. Even still life’s can tell a story or catch a fleeting glimpse of calm in this fast paced, contemporary world that many can relate to. I also work on narrative paintings inspired by animals to tell our inner story which has been a very creatively rewarding and challenging experience.
